Peruvian Artisans Missed the Memo about Neutrals. Thank Heaven!

What do you get when you mix dried flowers, leather, vividly colored cotton, acai berries and orange peels? We don’t know either, but Luisa Tapia does! Luisa is passionate about wearable art created in her native Peru, the land whose name is synonymous with bright colors. Her collection, My Peruvian Treasures, features jewelry and accessories all handcrafted of natural materials. Even the colors are natural: vegetable dyes are used to achieve the vivid hues!

Lots of people leave their small-town roots behind. Not many bring their town with them in the form of crafts made by their very neighbors and friends. Luisa travels to Peru twice a year to visit the artisans and keep her offerings fresh. Her shop is located in nearby Ephrata, PA, but now we’re offering some of her most popular bracelets, necklaces, earrings and woven/suede cosmetic/clutch bags available to you in our newly redesigned Boutique here at the Flower & Home Marketplace!

So add a touch of fiesta to an everyday outfit or a dressy dress … and know that what you spend —which, by the way, will be a fraction of the cost of jewelry from the mall—isn’t building a bigger boardroom, it’s rewarding (fairly) those who spent time making something unique to complete your look.

It’s an exotic vacation palette at staycation prices and convenience!
